Featuring a superior front load design, you can add or remove binders easily without lifting or pulling and the universal racking system allows binders to be interchangeable. Arnos Hang-A-Plan general binders are made from a strong 3-part aluminium clamp construction, they are easy to open with a spring loaded anti-jam clamp and wing nuts.
