Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days (10 working days) from day of purchase to return your product if you are not happy with it, providing the item is undamaged, unused and with original packaging. Please repack the product in the original packaging. All returned products must be fit for resale*.
*Unless they are damaged on delivery, faulty or defective.
Some Goods can not be returned like food, beverages, work wear and cutlery for health and safety regulations. If you are unsure at time of purchase of the returns details please ask one of our representatives on +353-(0)1-8511022.
All returns must have the appropriate paper work and order/invoice number.
We can not except returns without valid details.
Receipt of delivery
When you receive your order, please check and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and if you are not. Please contact one of our customer services agents +353-(0)1-8511022 and we will endeavour to solve any issue were it might occur.
*In Special circumstances you can contact our customers service agents and we will deal with any quire on a case by case basis. That may arise regarding the Return of your goods.
All refunds will be refund in whatever form a payment was taken. For example, if goods were paid by credit card then goods will be refunded by credit card or if goods pay by cheque etc.
No Refunds will be issued unless the goods have been returned and all relevant details are at hand.
